Criteria

  • Applications will only be accepted from patient and professional organizations and associations that are currently members of the World Pancreatic Cancer Coalition.
  • Organizations must be classified as a not-for-profit, or non-governmental organization (NGO) within their country and must abide by their local and regional laws. Participation is limited to where allowed by local law.
  • Consideration will NOT be given to individuals, medical facilities or research institutions. Nor will applications be accepted for pre-clinical, clinical or translational research programs.
  • Applications will be accepted for:
    • Existing program to be grown or expanded
    • New idea that requires initial funding
  • Each organization may submit only one entry.
  • Applications must be submitted using the online application form found here.
  • Applications must be submitted in English.
  • Applications must be received by the deadline: July 2nd, 11:59 pm Pacific
  • Applications must be complete to be eligible for consideration.
  • Applications must address the 2019 theme: “Supporting Patient/Doctor Discussion in Pancreatic Cancer.”
  • Applications must demonstrate excellence in the following criteria categories:
    • Inspired innovation
    • Measurable impact
    • Metrics for success
